We first trialled Bandag retreads on our local fleet and then on line haul to see if they gave us results. We found the lower cost per kilometre and the reliability so good that we decided to use them on the whole fleet. We used to recap just once with other brands, but with the Bandag product we are successfully capping twice, which has improved our operating costs and efficiencies of our business.
